–     How is the system works:  

– Sizes and capacity of pumps:

–  4 liters Pump : used to all kinds of heavy equipment (Cioal – bulldozer – Greider – Dnibr – trucks and other ….) DC work, (12-24 volts DC) and the class of grease (1,2,0) and the pressure of work force (100 – to 280 bar),It contains three outlet all the way out can be a separate feed line and no pump to clear the mission San collecting grease to roll towards the bottom of the pump grease.

–  10 liters Pump :  used in Crushers,plants, mixers working stream AC (220-380 volts AC), which helps not to choose between using adapters to convert the electricity and the class of grease(1,2,0) and the pressure of the working force (400 – to 480 bar),It contains three outlet all the way out can be a separate feed line and no pump to clear the mission San collecting grease to roll towards the bottom of the pump grease.

– Pump elements : Pumping grease from the pump to the all distributors.

– Distributors: Distributor receives the grease of the main line and is distributed to points of lubrication, and contains several distributor block  least 3 and most block 10, designed as needed, all block can distribute different amounts of the other, depending on need and the size of bering.

– Timer :  set of minutes or hours to work and stop the pump.

– .Micro –switch  : Give a warning in the following cases:

1- Disruption of the pump for any reason.

2- A blockage at the point of lubrication. 

3- Not flow through the grease distributors.

4- Into force of the amount of grease inside the pump.
